The Kosmos square shade, part of the Kosmos collection and designed by Dirk Wynants for Extremis, is a minimalist cantilever umbrella inspired by nature. Featuring an ingenious horizontal opening system, it mimics the wings of a bird, with hidden magnets keeping the parasol open. The suspended canopy creates a calm and clean atmosphere of shade, perfect for a modern garden set. The umbrella’s biophilic design pairs beautifully with outdoor furniture like the Walrus sofa, and its slightly tilted canopy ensures water flows off easily.
