came from Dirk Wynants – Founder, main designer of Extremis. Innovation, superior quality materials, a keen eye for functionality and ecology are part of his credo.
Sailors drop the anchor when they have reached a place where they want to stay. Sit down around Anker and touch base with your friends or family. Anchoring is about getting a grip on what is really important in life and disconnecting a bit from the daily rush at work. Anker is a triangular picnic table that can seats six of you Popeyes comfortably. Looking at the corner face of the table, you clearly see where we got the name.
What’s your preference?
They are colors option for Anker legs. You can pick either white powder-coated, black powder-coated, earth powder-coated, or if you are into some rugged style, the raw galvanized steel will be the best option for you.
The materials that are been used in Anker development are galvanized steel and aluminum and hardwoods. For the wooden parts, you can choose between Iroko hardwood and Hellwood based on your own preferences. You can make multiple combinations with color options in wood and metal.
The EXTREMIS design team has chosen these materials as the main elements for Anker due to their ability to stand harsh weather which made them perfect for their task as an outdoor furniture. Thus, these materials promise a design that can be classified as “a furniture for generations to share” due to its long lifespan.
